ReWARD Platinum

The RAW Mental Health ReWARD Platinum Scheme is our most comprehensive workplace wellbeing assessment package. Through four phases, we will assess current levels of workplace wellbeing and implement a comprehensive long-term action plan to enhance and develop mental health and wellbeing practices in your organisation.

Phase 1: 360 Appraisal

During Phase 1 of the ReWARD Platinum Scheme, employees will fill out a comprehensive Mental Health Survey carefully designed by our Clinical Psychologists based on scientific evidence.  This will help us understand the current mental health and wellbeing status of people within the organisation. Areas of assessment include:​

  • Overall wellbeing

  • Stress

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Quality of life

  • Burnout Symptoms

  • Individual personality type

  • Coping style

  • Social environment at work & team functioning

Phase 2: Analysis  and Feedback

Upon assessment completion, questionnaires are scored and interpreted by our Clinical Psychologists.  A written report is compiled for each individual which gives a summary of the results and written recommendations are made on how to support that individual in the workplace.

We initiate a two-step feedback process :

​

1) An anonymised report on overall employee wellbeing will be made available to management. 

​

2) Individual results are shared in a written format with the employee who will be encouraged

to meet with management for a one-to-one meeting to discuss the outcome of the survey.

Phase 3: Intervention Pathway

The Intervention Pathway implements the steps needed to enhance workplace wellbeing based on the recommendations from Phase 2.

Interventions will be carried out at an individual and team level in two formats:

1) One-to-one session with a Clinical Psychologists

2) Group workshop

​

A mental wellbeing toolkit is put together to help management implement new wellbeing protocols in the workplace.

Phase 4: Follow-Up

A repeat survey is carried out 3 months later and pre- and post-intervention outcomes are compared to evaluate if the steps taken in Phase 3 have improved workplace wellbeing and mental health.
